connecting Empty connecting

I need help getting onto the server. The server status on the website will say "online" but when I try to log in. It will keep saying "error connecting to server" what should I do? I've tried downloading it again and everything. What is wrong?

It's being fixed. Some things wrong with server.. It's called nulling.
