Fix some skills Empty Fix some skills

I think u shud fix some skills like fletching and rc...for players can do mage/range...Cuz i tryed to make fire runes and i cant, and i cant fletch to =(

not only that.. neither slayer or helblore works.. :/ cant make dust.. stuff like that.. and when firemaking theres no fire lol Very Happy only lvl up. Very Happy
